This year, I am celebrating 16 years as a Realtor and property manager, and I am proud to say that our property management company still holds the industry record for having a 0% vacancy rate!
In 2006, I came up with a completely unique way to lease and manage properties. A successful proactive system that has led to my property management business, founded in 2014: 0 Vacancy Property Management. I am an entrepreneur and an investor myself. I treat each client’s property as if it were my own. My clients are like gold to me. I work well with people of all ages. I have a classic warm-hearted personality, with a new-age aggressive approach, keeping up-to-date with the latest and greatest technology to really maximize my efforts to benefit my clients.
I like to view myself as unstoppable when it comes to assisting my clients in fulfilling their real estate goals. The numbers matter!! And my team does everything to maximize our client’s profit, and minimize their expenses. From the mom & pop that hire us to rent their first investment home, to an active investor that has hundreds of properties…. We make sure our clients are involved and informed 100%. Michael Phelps
Michael Phelps brings his experience as a “Customer First” believer from 0 Vacancy Property Management to Max Realty. Prior to joining the Max Realty team, he interacted with hundreds of high profile clients in the great Seattle area. As a representative of the company to clients, he learned how to be patient, detail oriented, proactive and a strong advocate for all his clients.
Michael understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time Realtor, he will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable and as smooth as possible. He will accomplish this through constant communication via text, phone call, or email, and by being accessible whenever you may need him.
Michael was born and raised in the South Puget Sound area and knows the area very well. He recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in the greater Puget Sound area, especially South Puget Sound, where he lives with his loving wife and two beautiful daughters.
As your Realtor, Michael will be an advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. When not assisting clients, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Tanya and their two princesses, entertaining their friends, and spending time with family every Monday night for dinner.
