We were a military family coming to the area from out of state, we were stressed out, demanding, and on an extremely tight time schedule to make all our transfer dates line up. Mike made it magic! He went above an beyond, had all our house to visit lined up when we came up for house hunting, spent a ton of time with us, got us into houses despite them not being available for showing that day (with permission of course!), and kept us up to date with things as we proceeded through escrow (it’s our first house!). Highly recommend working with Mike.

I couldn't have asked for a better home-buying experience. Charissa is knowledgeable, responsive, and fun to be around. She helped me and my fiancée find the perfect home in North Seattle - she was thorough in her market analysis for the local area, easy to schedule viewings with, and once she got  a feel for what we were looking for she was able to suggest homes for us that I hadn't flagged in my searches (one of which I bought). Charissa was an awesome agent and I have already recommended her to others! I would use her again in a heartbeat if we were ever in her the area with home buying needs. When we were buying, she listened to what we wanted, respected our budget guidelines, looked at a ton of homes with me/us, and  was always family friendly and worked with out timelines. She always answered questions/concerns promptly. She was attentive, yet not over bearing like some realtors are.
